ID Cards
All entering students are issued a photo I.D. card at the beginning of their first year at Brooklyn Law School. I.D. cards must be shown to get into all school buildings. Once you have an I.D. card, it must be validated each academic year with a validation sticker obtained from Student Accounts. The cost of a replacement I.D. card is $20.00.A replacement I.D. card for residents of Feil Hall is $40.00. It must be paid for in Student Accounts; bring your receipt to Administrative Services and a new picture will be taken. It can also be paid in the Office of Administrative Services, with exact change or check. New I.D. cards take approximately two weeks to process. Questions should be directed to the Office of Administrative Services, (718) 780-7908 or maureen.mattison@brooklaw.edu.
Lockers
Beginning Monday, August 11, 2008, any student requesting the use of a locker for the 2008-2009 academic year is required to fill out the online locker request form. The Administrative Services Office cannot accept requests for lockers in person, over the phone or by email. You will need your BLS username and password to access the form. Admitted applicants may use the username and password supplied to them by the Admissions Office until their individual account is issued by the school. Once your online request has been processed, the Office of Administrative Services will assign a locker to you.
Upperclass students may begin picking up their locker assignments on Monday, August 18, 2008. Please note that requests submitted after this date will take 48 hours to process. Request forms that have not been filled out completely and correctly will not be processed. Locker assignments must be picked up in person at the Office of Administrative Services, Room 122M. You will need a photo ID to pick up your assignment. Students must provide their own lock. Please read all policies and rules regarding the use of a locker carefully before submitting the online request form. Questions should be directed to the Office of Administrative Services at (718) 780-7908.
