The Journal of Law & Policy is a student-run journal on American domestic policy. This provides a multidisciplinary forum for the discussion of contemporary policy and legal issues and is published twice a year. Articles reflect a spectrum of concerns ranging from immediate questions of law and policy to basic assumptions about the nature of individuals, groups, and institutions. The Journal provides a forum for a range of authors –– legal scholars, law students, government officials, elected representatives, activists, economists, scientists, and practicing attorneys –– to explore contemporary policy matters and the legal questions they raise. Views expressed in the Journal are those of the authors and do not necessarily reflect the views of the Journal's officers, editors, or other members.
The Journal invites the submission of unsolicited articles, comments, essays, and reviews. Article submissions should include an abstract of not more than 250 words. Manuscripts should be double-sided if possible, and cannot be returned unless a self-addressed, postage-paid envelope is submitted with the manuscript.
