The Journal considers unsolicited manuscripts for publication. Manuscripts must be typed, double-spaced, and submitted in duplicate. Authors should submit a current resume or curriculum vitae. Footnotes, rather than endnotes, are the required format. The Journal encourages the use of gender-neutral language.
All manuscripts become the property of the Brooklyn Journal of International Law. Manuscripts should be mailed to:

Electronic submissions in Microsoft Word format are accepted at intl-lj@brooklaw.edu. Inquiries may be sent to the same address.
The Journal does not publish articles by authors who are presently enrolled in law school, except for those who are studying for an advanced degree in law or writing a paper in conjunction with a Professor of Law.
