The Brooklyn Journal of Corporate, Financial & Commercial Law is a student-run journal that covers a wide spectrum of business law topics and is published twice a year. The Journal invites the submission of unsolicited articles, comments, essays, and reviews.

Article submissions should include an abstract of not more than 250 words and authors should submit a current resume or curriculum vitae with the manuscript. We request that manuscripts be typed, double-spaced, and include footnotes, rather than end notes. Please submit manuscripts electronically either through ExpressO or via e-mail at corplj@brooklaw.edu. All submissions become the property of the journal and will not be returned.

The Journal does not publish articles by authors who are presently enrolled in law school, except for those who are studying for an advanced degree in law or writing a paper in conjunction with a Professor of Law.
