The Brooklyn Journal of Corporate, Financial and Commercial Law was founded in 2005 as a student run business law journal, specializing in corporate, financial and commercial law subjects, including securities and bankruptcy law. The Journal will host an annual symposium devoted to a business-related topic where current and significant questions of legal policy can be addressed by both academics and practitioners. The Journal will publish articles from leading scholars and student prepared notes.

The first issue of the Journal will be dedicated to Irving M. Pollack (PDF), Class of 1942. Read more.
