This program will focus on a discussion of bankruptcy ethics and civility issues. The program panelists will discuss certain ethics issues and the standards of civility adopted by the Eastern District of New York Bankruptcy Court (Administrative Order 568, dated October 28, 2010), and discuss hypotheticals based thereon.
This program provides one and a half (1.5) CLE credits in the state of New York. The credits are in the Ethics category and are both transitional and non-transitional.
