Norman Pearlstine’s career in the media has spanned nearly 40 years. He served for 11 years as editor-in-chief of Time Inc., from 1994 to 2005, where he oversaw the editorial content of the company’s 154 magazines. He also served a long tenure with The Wall Street Journal, from 1968 to 1992, except for a two-year period when he was an executive editor of Forbes magazine.
