Professor Mazzone at 92nd Street Y on the Supreme Court after Rehnquist

On January 22, Associate Professor Jason Mazzone was part of a stellar panel at the 92nd Street Y examining the impact of the decisions being made by the Supreme Court as it moves beyond the Rehnquist era. Mazzone’s principle areas of academic work are in constitutional law and history, criminal law and procedure, and federalism.

The other panelists were Martin Garbus, who teaches at Yale and Columbia universities and is the author of The New Supreme Court and What it Means for Americans, and award-winning journalist and Court TV anchor Catherine Crier. Jeffrey Toobin, the moderator, is a legal analyst for CNN Worldwide and a staff writer for The New Yorker
