Submissions The Journal considers unsolicited manuscripts for publication. Manuscripts must be typed, double-spaced, and submitted in duplicate. Authors should submit a current résumé or curriculum vitae. Footnotes, rather than endnotes, are the required format. The Journal encourages the use of gender-neutral language.

The Journal does not publish articles by authors who are presently enrolled in law school, except for those who are studying for an advanced degree in law or writing a paper in conjunction with a Professor of Law.
