Each institution, according to its own policies and resources, determines the amounts and types of assistance it will award. In order to process a student’s institutional aid request at Brooklyn Law School, the Office of Financial Aid requires students to complete the Need Access application available through the Access Group, Inc. This application is available via the Internet at www.needaccess.org.
The Access Group does not award financial assistance; rather, it simplifies the financial aid application process by providing graduate and professional schools with complete financial data in a convenient form that can be analyzed within a framework of rules and procedures set by BLS. The information submitted on this application is analyzed according to standardized procedures developed by the Graduate and Professional School Financial Aid Council.
Upon receiving the analysis, the Scholarship Committee will make a determination of the student's financial need.
