The links above are to pages that provide important information about how to apply for financial aid.

Most Brooklyn Law School students are eligible for financial assistance. In the past year, over 83% of all matriculated students received some form of financial aid. Financial aid comes in many forms, from many sources, and serves many purposes. There are scholarships, fellowships, low-interest education loans for students and parents, and employment opportunities. Some programs are funded and administered entirely by the Law School. Others are sponsored by the state or federal government and are administered by the Law School. Others are awarded directly to students from private sources.

Financial aid offered by government agencies is usually based on the demonstration of financial need. Brooklyn Law School, as well as numerous other private organizations, provides assistance based on academic merit, financial need or a combination of the two. The Law School makes a great effort each year to reward outstanding academic performance and reduce financial need.
