The Trade Secrets Institute (TSI) is a new initiative of Brooklyn Law School designed to provide comprehensive neutral coverage of key trade secret cases and legislative or regulatory initiatives throughout the United States. TSI has established a database—the first of its kind in the nation—that connects users to supporting documents, briefs, motions, and timelines for current cases, as well as recent updates on pending legislation or regulatory initiatives concerning trade secrets.
The TSI provides timely in-depth coverage of legal and business issues and critical analysis of decisions, legislation, and regulatory initiatives related to each case. Users can search the information by trade secrets issue, trade secrets subject matter, document type, or jurisdiction. The TSI also provides access to state trade secrets statutes and related federal laws, and some of the seminal decisions on trade secrets law among many U.S. jurisdictions.
