Roger Michalski joins Brooklyn Law School as a Visiting Assistant Professor for a two-year term beginning in the fall 2012 semester. His research focuses on civil procedure, criminal procedure, and administrative law. His work in this area has been published most recently in the Yale Law Journal, Harvard Law and Policy Review, and the Buffalo Law Review. Professor Michalski joins the faculty from the Public Defender’s Office in Bakersfield, California, where he is a deputy public defender. He has previously taught undergraduate legal studies and political theory at the University of California, Berkeley and University of Michigan, Ann Arbor, respectively.
