Our Main Residence Hall

Below is information about the residence including floor plans and annual costs. Accommodations and Amenities:

  • Full kitchens
  • Each student has a private bedroom
  • Furnished apartments
  • 24-hour secure lobby
  • Laundry room
  • Wired and wireless Internet connectivity and DISH Network cable

The housing charges listed below are per student, per academic year. Heat and hot water are included, but electricity is not.  Residents of Feil Hall will also pay a damage deposit in the amount of $1000 and a per semester Technology Fee of approximately $210 for cable and wireless internet.

  • Our Main Residence Hall

    Feil Hall, Brooklyn Law School’s magnificent new student residence, opened in August 2005. Located in Brooklyn Heights just three blocks from the Law School’s main building, Feil Hall provides spacious, affordable and convenient campus living for approximately 360 students within 239 furnished apartments.

    Feil Hall   Designed by acclaimed architect Robert A.M. Stern, Dean of the Yale School of Architecture, Feil Hall was named in recognition of the generosity of the Feil Family Foundation. The top floor is home to the Jeffrey D. Forchelli Conference Center, which is the site of academic symposia and other Law School events. The ground floor features Geraldo’s, a comfortable cafe where you can attend a program or meet with friends.
