Robert F. Fodera was appointed the Assistant Commissioner of Administrative Policy and Enforcement with the New York City Department of Buildings. Fodera oversees the agency's prosecution of Building and Construction Code violators, discipline of professionals who practice before the agency. He is also responsible for developing policy to help the agency become more productive in protecting the public health, safety, and welfare.
