Dale C. Christensen Jr., partner in the Litigation Group of Seward & Kissel LLP, was elected to the Board of Directors of the United Hospital Fund. Christensen represents clients in a broad range of areas, including banking, insurance coverage, products liability, environment, real estate and employment law. He also serves as a trustee of Lutheran Healthcare, and is chair of the hospital's Audit and Legal Committee. (11/4/2013)
Gregory J. Wallance, a partner in the New York office of Kaye Scholer LLP published a nonfiction book, America’s Soul in the Balance: the Holocaust, FDR’s State Department, and the Moral Disgrace of an American Aristocracy (Greenleaf Book Group Press 2012), which recounts the dramatic interplay between The Department of State and the Department of the Treasury during the Holocaust over the fate of the Jews of Europe. Wallace has published several other books that have received critical acclaim, including Papa’s Game, and Two Men Before the Storm: Arba Crane’s Recollection of Dred Scott and the Supreme Court Case that Started the Civil War. He practices in the areas of white collar litigation and civil and commercial litigation. (2/4/2013)
