The general counsel of the National Labor Relations Board authorized complaints in 43 unfair labor practice cases from across the country. At stake is the appropriate legal standard to be applied to joint employer relationships in the context of franchisor and franchisees. In this panel, our distinguished practitioners will discuss the impact of these matters currently pending before the NLRB.
