2013 Summer In Practice at Brooklyn Law School

May 20 - July 16 
Acquire essential lawyering skills while earning credits towards your J.D. at Brooklyn Law School’s Summer-in-Practice program. Enroll in the one-week intensive session or the seven-week regular session. These courses offer you an opportunity to bolster your skills in negotiation, advocacy, and business practice in simulated settings and in practice with real clients.

Visiting Students
Visiting students require academic approval from their home law school to attend. Check with your law school’s financial aid office regarding aid eligibility. Summer sublets may be available in our attractive, convenient residences.

Intensive Summer Session - May 20 to 24, 2013

Regular Summer Session - May 28 to July 16, 2013
Final Exams July 22 & 23

*Open to visiting students if available.
**You will be responsible for obtaining a placement and must obtain your law school’s approval.
***You may obtain your own placement or we may be able to assist you with finding a placement.

Schedule:
Classes during the intensive summer session will be held the week of May 20th during the day. Classes during the regular summer session will be held on weekday evenings from May 28 to July 16, followed by a reading and exam period from July 17 to July 23.

Cost:
The non-matriculated visiting student rate is $1,600 per credit.
