Sexuality and the Law
Prerequisite: Constitutional Law
This course will involve an in-depth examination of the government's regulation of consensual sexuality. Three primary constitutional doctrines will form the core of the course: the right to privacy, freedom of speech, and the right to equal protection under law, though other doctrines may be considered from time to time. The class will also examine any relevant legal issues that become prominent during the semester.Grading and Method of Evaluation
