The housing charges listed below are per student, per academic year (August 15-July 31). Heat and hot water are included, but electricity is not. Residents of Feil Hall will also pay a damage deposit in the amount of $1000 and a per semester Technology Fee of approximately $210 for cable and wireless internet.
