This website list below includes the most useful public interest and government job search databases and website resources we have found, but is not comprehensive. Information about other sites you have found to be helpful is welcome, please contact publicservice@brooklaw.edu.

PSLawNet
PSLawNet allows you to peruse close to 3000 public service legal jobs and over 12,000 organizations and to search for either by criteria such as:

  • geographic location
  • legal subject area
  • context (judicial, government, non-profit, firm, or public interest firm) and
  • type of job (including internship, attorney or fellowship).
Students and alums register using their Brooklyn Law School email address as their username and select their own password. While the email matches for which you can register through PSLawNet are useful, they are no substitute for regular searches.

Note: Monthly PSLawNet training sessions will be held in the public Service Programs Office on the third Friday of each month from 1:00-2:00 p.m. To RSVP or for more information, email publicservice@brooklaw.edu.

Symplicity Corporation's Career Services Manager (CSM)
This comprehensive Web-based system used by the Career Center also includes public interest and government listings. Positions are searchable by practice area and can be applied online. Access CSM using your BLS e-mail and password from Symplicity.
