Brooklyn Law School has an extremely strong clinical program, and offers a wide variety of options through either in-house clinics or externships. Working under the close supervision of a highly skilled faculty member is an experience that cannot be matched. In addition to the supervision, the clinic option is a common choice by students who cannot afford the time away from the academic program required by a paid internship, or by those unable to find a source of payment for the internship.

The in-house clinics include:

  • Capital Defender and Federal Habeas Clinic
  • Community Development Clinic
  • Consumer Counseling and Bankruptcy Clinic
  • Corporate and Real Estate Clinic
  • Criminal Appeals – Manhattan D.A. Clinic
  • Criminal Appeals – Defense
  • Employment Law Clinic
  • Federal Litigation Clinic
  • Health Law Practice and Policy Internship
  • Mediation Clinic
  • Prosecutors Clinic – Brooklyn District Attorney
  • Prosecutors Clinic – U.S. Attorney, EDNY
  • Safe Harbor Project (Immigration)
  • Second Look Program
  • Securities Arbitration Clinic
  • Volunteer Lawyers for the Arts Transactional Law Clinic
  • Workers' Rights Clinic
