You may use this form to request audio/visual equipment and support. Please make your requests at least two business days in advance of your class or event. You will receive confirmation of your reservation by e-mail. Emergency requests should be made by phone at 718-780-7507; however, equipment availability cannot be guaranteed. Please note that room requests are made through Student Services at extension 718-780-7908.
