Kiran N. Gore, an associate in the New York office of DLA Piper, co-authored an article, “Litigators Get (Anti-) Social in the Crusade For Brand Protection,” which was published in the August 2012 issue of Internet Law & Strategy. Gore was also appointed to the publication's Board of Editors. She is a member of DLA Piper’s Litigation Group, and practices in the areas of international arbitration and dispute resolution, complex commercial litigation, and white collar criminal investigations. Marcus A. Nussbaum, previously an associate at Goetz Fitzpatrick, joined the Garden City, NY firm of Stagg, Terenzi, Confusione & Wabnik, LLP as a commercial litigation associate. Nussbaum served as a platoon leader in the U.S. Army, where he was awarded the Bronze Star Medal for his conduct during the 2003 Iraq conflict.
