Porter, counsel in the Bankruptcy, Financial Reorganization & Creditors’ Rights Groups at Lowenstein Sandler, was elected secretary of The Financial Clinic, a New York-based nonprofit focused on building financial security among working poor families and individuals by offering immediate access to tax preparation and financial education workshops, legal assistance with bankruptcy, foreclosure and consumer law, and long-term, one-on-one financial coaching. Robert J. Senska, III, Vice President of Regulatory Affairs and Chief Compliance Officer at Somerset Medical Center, was named a finalist in the Non-Profit Organization Category in the 2012 “General Counsel of the Year” awards program by NJBIZ, a New Jersey business news publication. Senska joined the company in February 2010. Nicole A. Wyskoarko was promoted to Senior Vice President, Business & Legal Affairs at Island Def Jam Music Group. In this leadership position, she negotiates and structures recording agreements, label deals and joint ventures, manufacturing and distribution agreements, and agreements concerning new media. Wyskoarko has been with the company for 11 years, starting as an intern while completing her law degree.
