Gundell; he is also serving as its Chief Operating Officer. Futurehits.tv holds a collection of independent music available for exclusive licensing to the visual media and for sale and download to the music consumer. Jennifer A. Broomfield relocated from Albuquerque, NM to Washington, DC with her partner, Dana, and their daughter, Tori, to become the Program Manager for the Department of Veterans Affairs National Domestic Violence/Intimate Partner Violence Assistance Program. Broomfield is responsible for overseeing the implementation of policy, staff, and community partner training, as well as the coordination of Domestic Violence Coordinators at VA medical centers. She previously served as the Veteran's Justice Outreach Coordinator at the Albuquerque Veteran's Affairs Medical Center. (3/10/2014)

Grieco, previously an associate at Hogan Lovells, joined the Great Neck office of Ackerman, Levine, Cullen, Brickman & Limmer as Counsel in the firm's Financial Restructuring, Bankruptcy and Creditor's Rights Department. Klein serves as a litigation consultant to corporations and litigators nationwide. With over 40 offices nationwide, the litigation support company provides court reporting, record retrieval, litigation, ESI and trial services to major insurance companies, corporations and law firms. Stephen M. Lasser and Joshua A. Messian '09 formed real estate and construction law firm, Lasser Law Group. Lasser acts as legal counsel to developers, lenders, landlords, commercial tenants, cooperatives, condominiums and homeowners associations. Messian concentrates his practice in the representation of cooperatives, condominiums, homeowners associations, landlords and developers. (9/9/2014)

Justine (Tina) Luongo was appointed as the Attorney-in-Charge of The Legal Aid Society’s Criminal Practice. In this role, Luongo oversees 1,100 staff members representing more than 230,000 indigent New Yorkers a year. She joined Legal Aid in 2002 as a staff attorney in the New York County trial office of the Criminal Defense Practice and, in 2007, she was promoted to Supervising Attorney in the same office. In 2011, Luongo was appointed as the Deputy Attorney-in-Charge of the Criminal Practice and in July 2014, she assumed the role of Acting Attorney-in-Charge of the Criminal Practice. (11/7/2014)

Thomas S. Onder, a shareholder in the Princeton, NJ office of Stark & Stark, co-chaired a panel discussion on the legal challenges and negotiation strategies within retail leasing at the ICSC Next Generation National Conference in July 2014. Onder is member of the firm's Commercial, Retail and Industrial Real Estate, Litigation and Bankruptcy & Creditor's Rights Groups and concentrates his practice in the area of commercial litigation, specializing in commercial landlord disputes and secured transactions.
