Michael L. Faltischek, a founding partner of Long Island firm, Ruskin Moscou Faltischek, P.C., was elected Vice Chair of the Long Island Association (LIA). Founded over 80 years ago, the LIA’s mission is to strengthen Long Island as a place to live, work, and do business. Faltischek founded and is chair of the law firm’s Energy Practice Group. Arthur E. Shulman is serving as president of the Suffolk County Bar Association for the 2012-2013term. He maintains a private practice in Islandia, NY, where he specializes in matrimonial, family and real estate law. (7/20/2012)

Usdin, previously a partner in the Business Practice Group of Cohen, Seglias, Pallas, Greenhall & Furman PC, joined the Philadelphia, PA office of Flaster Greenberg PC as a shareholder in the firm’s Bankruptcy, Financial Restructuring and Risk Management Practice Group.
