Arthur Pinto is Professor of Law at Brooklyn Law School and Co-Director of The Dennis J. Block Center for the Study of International Business Law.

Jason Mazzone is Co-Director of the law school's foreign summer program in Bologna, Italy, and the Gerald Baylin Professor of Law at Brooklyn Law School.

Chiara Giovannucci Orlandi is the Italian co-director of the Bologna summer program. She serves as Professor of Civil Procedure and of International Alternative Dispute Resolution on the Faculty of Economics at the University of Bologna; Visiting Professor at Paris Ouest la Defense, Nanterre; and Visiting Professor at the University of Pittsburgh School of Law. She is an honors graduate of the University of Bologna Faculty of Law and she is admitted to the Bologna Bar. Professor Giovannucci Orlandi is a member of the Italian Chamber of Commerce Conciliation and Arbitration Committee. She has authored many articles in the field of arbitration in Italian and foreign law reviews.

Jeffrey Atik is Professor of Law and Sayre Macneil Fellow at Loyola Law School, Los Angeles.
