Advanced Federal Courts Colloquium This course provides an in-depth examination of the practices of federal courts for students who will be doing post-graduate judicial clerkships. In addition to substantive issues, the course examines key aspects of the functions law clerks perform in chambers. Regular writing assignments introduce students to the tasks they will undertake during their clerkship year. No exam. Pass/Fail. Enrollment by permission of the instructor.
